Who can join
- Any Christian foundation that is involved in the ministry of welcome: in the care of visitors, pilgrims or tourists, and in education, heritage and tourism. Cathedrals Plus is an ecumenical organisation.
The benefits of membership
- Annual conference discounted delegates’ rates, and occasional seminars related to the care of visitors and educational matters
- Regional meetings, for network support, and to swap ideas and share best practice
- Regular newsletter with details of news and events of interest to members
- External promotion: member organisations or foundations may advertise themselves or promote events through our networks
- Members may advertise positions vacant on our website and through our networks
- Members have access to a growing resource bank of materials, guides, activities, events & stories to support their work in education or visitor engagement
How to join
Simply complete our Subscription Form here, and send your payment by BACS. This year however, we are changing our membership term to run from January to December instead of April to March. This means a period of transition for 2026 only. Renewals due at the beginning of April 2026 will be offered at three quarters of a year’s subscription rate and will therefore run from April to December 2026.
Member Rates for April 2026 – December 2026 ONLY
Cathedrals, Abbeys, Minsters, Shrines or Larger Churches – membership renewal: £130
Special Introductory Rate for NEW members: £95
Individual membership (for those not directly employed in a Christian sacred space) £35
In January 2027, we will invoice for a full calendar year’s membership to run from January 2027 to December 2027.
